Axel Bot is an AI-powered meeting agent that processes meeting transcripts and automatically executes follow-up actions across your connected tools, including CRM updates, task creation, email drafts, and more. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Fathom, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Notion.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring that your connected third-party integrations are properly authorized
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Process meetings or data without the consent of all participants where required by law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axel Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before acting upon them.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and intellectual property) shall survive.

11. Governing Law
