Any transcript Axel processes — from Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Granola, HubSpot Calling, or a manual upload. If Axel takes action on it, it counts. Go over your plan and it's $1.50 per extra meeting, or upgrade anytime.
Do I still need my notetaker?
Yes — and that's the point. Axel doesn't join your calls or replace Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, or Granola. It plugs into the transcripts you already have and turns them into finished work.
Can Axel really write to my CRM safely?
Every action Axel takes is logged and reviewable, and you choose per-integration whether actions run automatically or wait for your approval. Most teams start in review mode and switch to autopilot within a week.
